What a great staff! The RN was so sweet and so good at relaxing you before a procedure. I’m so glad to have Dr. Merel as my gastro. She is so kind, patient and attentive. I feel like I’m in great hands.
I needed an Endoscopy and saw Dr Williams at the Glen Endoscopy. He and the staff there are excellent. It was easy to make the appointment, they took my info and noted all prep and forms. A nurse called then called to make sure I understood process. The day of the procedure, the nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr Williams we’re great — pre and post procedure. Dr Williams explained the results afterwards and followed up in the coming days to see how I was an re-explain results. Top notch service and I’d highly recommend!
The doctors and staff were professional and kind. The procedures were clear and smooth, and I was worried before my procedure but felt relieved after everything. I recommend this place for your next exams and procedures.
